I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, extremely quiet and comfortable, overlooking the lush gardens, Mt Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz below. The location is stunning amongst tropical gardens, but uphill from the town which can be a bit of a climb. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of options, though the table allocations could be clearer. The service was top-notch with helpful staff always around for a chat.

The staff were particularly helpful with car hire and local walks, and were always ready for a friendly chat. Although they mostly spoke Spanish and German, they had a great attitude towards us.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens on a hill overlooking the town. The rooms were tastefully decorated and quite comfortable, although not overly luxurious. The service was truly exceptional with staff members always ready to assist. The uphill location posed a slight challenge with the steps but offered remarkable views of Mount Teide. The dining experience was outstanding, although table allocation could be clearer. The facilities were well-kept and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay.
